Rated 2 out of 5 by Crenn from New batch smells awful I've used these for years and always liked them. They were gentle on a sore nose and had a faint, pleasant scent. I just bought a new four-pack and they smell awful. Like burnt popcorn mixed with halitosis. Please look into this!

Rated 1 out of 5 by John_ from Generally great, suddenly sold with chemcical smel The latest batch of t tissues smells terrible. Like others have stated, it's a chemical odor - like old oil from machinery. This is a new problem for this product line, as we have been buying the same product for years and never noticed a smell at all. Something must have changed in manufacturing, these are unusable.

I bought a couple of 4 packs of the larger boxes of Soothing Lotion because I can't stand the textures of the alternative Kleenex types. Soothing Lotion has always been my favorite, but something has changed in the last few months. I see that other people have noticed odors, but I don't. However, this tissue makes my nose and face around it itch. I had to use a cortisone cream to make it stop. I bought these tissues in Michigan, as some other people have mentioned. Have you changed something in our batches?

Rated 1 out of 5 by SadSniffer from Chemical Smell I bought Kleenex Soothing Lotion Tissues from Costco and they smell horrific - as if you're dipping your nose in chemicals with every tissue. It's not odors that have been absorbed -- it's the same with every single sealed box and I am seeing more and more reviews/complaints online about it. Kleenex must have changed something in the manufacturing process or lotion formula. It's really bad!

Rated 1 out of 5 by allergyguy from Strange scent. I bought these, a six pack, at Meijer, Hill Road, Flint MI and they are unusable, very unpleasant, terrible scent. I am sorry to write such a review, after decades of great Kleenex!
